Supporting and enhancing Women’s Leadership with University of Hong Kong
conducted a full day workshop on, ‘Persuasive Communication and Conflict Resolutions’. The dynamic, interactive communication module included:
Hands-on communication skills development,
Board-relevant role-playing exercises and group work, and
The importance of leadership presence.
The workshop focused on helping participants contribute maximum value to their board by communicating key messages more effectively.

The harmony series of seminars featured the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Royal University of Bhutan and Bhutanese Monk Khenpo Lungtaen Gyatso. Khenpo is a practicing monk, who has studied the philosophy of Buddhism, as well as completed academic organisational behaviour, leadership and management courses. In the sessions, Khenpo shared universal human values and achieving our life’s purpose -- happiness and success.
