the solution

A bespoke workshop focused on harassment within law firms, {embrace} used relevant case studies to highlight the impact the incident had on the perpetrator, survivor and organisation.

The objective was to mitigate issues or prevent scenarios before they occurred by developing a corporate culture of support -- ensuring all employees felt psychologically safe.

In conjunction with our client, {embrace} reviewed the harassment policy reinforcing the company’s commitment, as well the proper channels to handle complaints or concerns.

the outcomes

  • Approved by the Hong Kong Law Society and workshops contributed to credit development points

  • Two workshops: Senior Management: 27 partners of the law firm were in attendance.

  • General Staff: 70

  • 71% of partners gave the workshop an “Overall” rating of “excellent to very good”.

  • 76% of partners gave the course material a rating of “excellent to very good”.
