  • Intentional discussion with managers and teams around ‘when we feel excluded, when we make others feel excluded, and our role to make all feel more inclusive’

the workshop included:

  • What is ”Unconscious Bias” and how to pivot to “Conscious Decision Making”.

  • Interactive exercises to create greater awareness, new methods of questioning to create inclusiveness, and techniques to have courageous conversations for change.

  • Conscious decision-making for “systems and process” to build an inclusive culture.

  • Provided practical tools and techniques to create actionable behaviours.
