in a series of workshops which focuses on enhancing positive relations within academia.
To raise the level of consciousness for gender equality and eliminating the barriers to success
To motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.

To raise awareness of unconscious bias, the different forms of bias and how it manifests.
Discuss the impact of unconscious bias in academia and how it impacts research, studies and collaboration.
Deliver a gender-neutral workshop, to educate male professors on the negative impact of unconscious bias

What is ”Unconscious Bias” and how to pivot to “Conscious Decision Making”
Interactive exercises to create greater awareness of Unconscious Bias
Case study discussions regarding academia related Unconscious Bias
Conscious decision-making for “systems and process” to build an inclusive culture
Group coaching session to stimulation discussion and how to integrate ”Conscious Decision Making”

Provided practical tools and techniques to create actionable behaviours.
Highlighted inclusion is the responsibility of everyone in the faculty.
Developed confidence in participants to have courageous conversations.
