the situation
Hong Kong based disruptive Financial Technology company, Contineo, was growing exponentially however it was lacking the corporate vision and cohesive leadership to continue to grow at the same pace. As a leadership team they wanted to refine their vision and clearly define their short to medium term corporate goals.
the solution
{embrace} proposed a program that supported the leadership for six months. Given the challenges, we recognised the first step was to understand the team dynamics as well as the perceived underlying issues present within management and the organisation. We interviewed all staff to understand the current situation, employee engagement and satisfaction.
Focusing on the question, ’why do you exist?’, we coached the leadership team around the company’s vision, mission statement, and where they believe they are on their journey to success. Additional workshops coached around team dynamics, the roles and talents each leader brings to the team, and together we set the values of the organisation.
