This program is to identify and develop leadership at all levels, within the organisation. customised a comprehensive and structured mentorship programme to engage management with future leaders. Group leadership coaching was included to successfully integrate learning for all participants.

Microsoft’s Inclusion Conference is an initiative to have employees intentionally work toward and learn to be more inclusive. worldwide engaged staff in a workshop to develop skills in self-awareness, curiosity and courageous conversations to support greater integration of inclusion in their corporate culture.

Focusing on the question, ’why do you exist?’, we coached  the leadership team around the company’s vision, mission statement, and where they believe they are on their journey to success. Additional workshops coached around team dynamics, the roles and talents each leader brings to the team, and together we set the values of the organisation.
