A bespoke workshop focused on harassment within law firms, used case studies to highlight the impact the incident has on the perpetrator, survivor and organisation.

The objective was to mitigate issues or prevent scenarios before they occurred by developing a corporate culture of support -- ensuring all employees felt psychologically safe.

In collaboration with University of Hong Kong, Camel Assembly and Metta, worldwide co-organised ‘#MeToo. Now What?’ community service events. The gender–neutral series provided:

• A safe space to identify sexual harassment,

• Discussions on its impact,

• Responses as tools, and

• Solutions to end sexual harassment.
