This program is to identify and develop leadership at all levels, within the organisation. customised a comprehensive and structured mentorship programme to engage management with future leaders. Group leadership coaching was included to successfully integrate learning for all participants.

Focusing on the question, ’why do you exist?’, we coached the leadership team around the company’s vision, mission statement, and where they believe they are on their journey to success. Additional workshops coached around team dynamics, the roles and talents each leader brings to the team, and together we set the values of the organisation.
Supporting and enhancing Women’s Leadership with University of Hong Kong
conducted a full day workshop on, ‘Persuasive Communication and Conflict Resolutions’. The dynamic, interactive communication module included:
Hands-on communication skills development,
Board-relevant role-playing exercises and group work, and
The importance of leadership presence.
The workshop focused on helping participants contribute maximum value to their board by communicating key messages more effectively.
